Weasel Summer - Fun in the Sun for All
The
Whistler Weasel
Workers enjoy more than snow, skiing and ski racing. We have
a summer life too. Here's an opportunity to get together with
old friends and meet new ones. We hope there will be a
variety of events planned that offer both physical and social activity.
Everyone is welcome. If want to know more about the Whistler Weasel Workers, join us on some summer outings, make some new friends and learn more about how you might fit in and enjoy our activities.

on Grouse Mountain
July 22nd & Aug 26th - We've had two great Beer & Burgers evenings on Grouse Mountain. Some folks have hiked the "Grouse Grind", others have riden the SkyRide. Its been great to welcome some newcomers. We hope you all enjoyed yourselves.
On July 22, over twenty Weasel Workers found their way to the top of Grouse were we ate in the restaurant. For the August event, Boris Duff arranged the Ski Patrol cabin and cooked us all hambergers. The weather was not the greatest but almost everyone hiked, despite the rain! We had some fallout from the 50 people expected, but that left more food for everyone else. (imagine Weasels wimping out because of a little drizzle). Thanks to Boris for all his work, his artistry at the grill and his gracious hospitality. It was a good evening. Thanks too to Don Appelle and his crew for their organization.
