What to Bring
Expect to be up, on the mountain and working from 8:00AM through 3:00PM, with breaks to rest and eat in the Warming Tent or at Dusty's. Occasionally, for some crews, the work day could be longer.

Sometimes,
once or twice in a very long time (and infrequently, at that)
we
work in the rain. Those accostomed to the sunshine and powder snow of
Whistler laugh at the idea, but it is true. Also, be aware
that
less than perfect weather seems to enervate Weasel Workers, inspiring
them to work longer and harder. There are no "down days" for
weather.
For your mullti-day stint at Whistler, be prepared for the worst and bring extra outer wear, in case your outside clothing does not dry overnight. A rain cape with sleeves can be great insurance.
Wollen gloves with open fingertips are very useful for tasks like installing Cookies and tying some nets
