Backcountry Adventure

Revelstoke Alpine Adventures  -   owned and operated by David Scott and Norman Winter. Both are full mountain guides certified by the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG) and both are members of the UIAGM/ IFMGA.     All of our climbing, skiing and hiking guides are certified by the ACMG and operate within the terrain guidelines of the association. Our alpine and ski guides are highly trained in guiding techniques, rescue techniques and advanced wilderness first aid.   Our guides are passionate about what they do and the incredible mountain areas in which they get to work. They are always willing to share their knowledge with you, whether it be the nuances of the mountain snowpack or local natural history. You will find our guides to be professional, personable and FUN to spend time with. There are no huge egos here, just great mountain companions who love introducing people to the joys of mountain travel    (Norm Winter is an old friend of a number of Whistler Weasel Workers whom he guided while showcat skiing in the Canadian Rockies.  We have good memories of skiing with Norm.)
